30 Hour Coalition Coordinator Position Open.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides daily administrative support to the Executive Director including file maintenance, phone duties, membership tracking, recording of minutes, and mail processing. 

Performs necessary tasks to prepare for monthly membership meetings.

Responsible for bookkeeping duties including preparation of monthly financials, accounts payable/receivable, & communication with accountant regarding payroll, tax filings, etc.  

Responsible for maintaining website and updating social media.

Creates and designs various promotional materials including flyers, brochures, forms and advertisements consistent with KACF branding.

Responsible for maintaining membership database.

Represents and advocates for KACF at community events as needed.

Supervised by KACF Executive Director. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills including working knowledge of:

MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher

Photoshop (graphic design)

QuickBooks (accounting)

Word Press (website)

Desire to learn new skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Positive and flexible ‘can-do’ approach to workload

Comfort with Public Speaking

Grant writing and grant management experience a plus

Fundraising experience a plus

 

Hours, Wage and Benefit Information

30 hour position; Flexible weekday schedule; Hourly wage DOE ($13-$15); Accrual of paid-time-off for vacation, holiday and sick time.
